By accessing or using ExamInstinct™ (the "Service"), operated by DeltaForma OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ExamInstinct™ is a trademark used by DeltaForma OÜ. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ExamInstinct is an independent educational product that provides project management exam preparation through narrative gameplay, practice questions, and interactive exercises. ExamInstinct is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). PMP®, PMI®, and PMBOK® are registered trademarks of PMI, Inc.
Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
All content, including but not limited to text, characters, scenarios, questions, graphics, and code, is the property of DeltaForma OÜ and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
All characters, companies, organizations, and scenarios depicted in ExamInstinct are entirely fictional and created for educational purposes. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual businesses or events is purely coincidental. ExamInstinct content is not sourced from any official certification exam.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service; share, resell, or redistribute premium content; use automated tools to scrape content; or misrepresent the Service as an official PMI® product.
Paid plans are billed as a one-time payment as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party merchant of record, which handles billing, invoicing, payment-method processing, fraud prevention, and the collection and remittance of any applicable sales taxes (including EU VAT) on our behalf. When you complete a purchase, your transaction is with the merchant of record, and their buyer terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction in addition to these Terms.
EU Digital Content Notice: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive once access to the content begins.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@examinstinct.com within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. If more than 2 full cases have been completed prior to the request, your refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are processed through our merchant of record and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method. Full details: examinstinct.com/refund.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already made.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using ExamInstinct will result in passing any certification exam. All practice questions are original and are not sourced from any official certification exam.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeltaForma OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
